Our story
On Spot Chimney Cleaning started with a simple observation: booking a chimney sweep felt nothing like the rest of modern life. Vague arrival windows, no documentation, soot on the carpet, and a voicemail box after 5 p.m.
So we built the company we wanted to hire. Certified technicians who arrive when they say they will. Work that's photographed and explained in plain English. Phones answered by real people at 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. And a hearth left cleaner than we found it — every visit, every office.
Today, On Spot is a growing franchise with locally owned offices in Kansas City, Dallas, and Chicago. Each one is run by people from the community it serves — and held to one national standard.
